Forklift

Portaldot mainnet state on a local portaldot_dev node: lifted at a pinned block, checked against mainnet key by key, and acted on as real accounts.

Work in progress (check-in build). Forklift is a command-line tool; this page is a placeholder, not the product. The README has the current status, the evidence files and how to run it.
